Coffee roasted down the road and walked over warm. Pastries pulled from the oven the minute you order. Pull up a stool.
House-roasted
Trevor also owns Plaid Coffee, a small roastery a few minutes from the bakery. He roasts the beans there, walks them over fresh, and pulls them at the bar here. The cup gets the time it needs.
Ask what’s on today. Pour over by the cup. Cold brew through the warm months. The kids’ chocolate milk is made here too.
On the bar

Pressed paninis, the turkey-and-pesto, The Kim chicken salad, club, BLT. Each one built on bread we baked this morning. Lunch runs Tuesday through Thursday from the bar.

The Spinach Salad with cranberries, almonds, and bleu cheese. The House with walnuts and apples. And whatever soup is on the burner today. Ask Trevor.

Croissants, cinnamon rolls, Danish, scones. The pastry case is two steps from the bar. Pulled hot by 7am.
Weekend specials
Saturday and Sunday. Biscuits and gravy by the half or whole. Or ask for the Dunn Deal — baguette and gravy, one of those orders regulars hand down to each other.
Pair it with the morning roast and something out of the case. The Sunday breakfast you don’t reschedule.
They roast their own coffee and there are many options to choose from. Made fresh with locally sourced products. It is our go-to place.
